Abstract
The present invention relates to a deicing composition comprising (i) a deicing agent selected from the group consisting of sodium chloride, calcium magnesium acetate, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium acetate, sodium acetate, sodium formate, potassium form ate, (ii) an ative protein , and (iii) a thickener. It furthermore relates to a process for preparing said deicing composition and to aprocess for deicing a surface using said deicing com position.
