Segment ring for attaching the cuff

Abstract

The subject of the application is a segmented ring designed for wall mounting of sleeves, i.e., casings used in heating, gas, water, and sewage pipelines to seal the space between the pipe and the wall through which the pipe passes. The ring, according to the design, consists of segments (1), which have a rectangular base (1a) with rounded corners. In the center of the base (1a), there is a column (1c) with a hole (1d) for a mounting screw. The column (1c) is supported by oblique ribs (1b) positioned on the base (1a). In a top view, the ribs (1b) are arc-shaped, bent into an arc to replicate the arc of a flange. In segment (1), the column (1c) has a diameter equal to the width of the base (1a), and the oblique ribs (1b) have the shape of a right-angled triangle, one vertex of which is located on the edge of the base (1a) and the other vertex at the top surface of the column (1c).
