Horse feeder

Abstract

A feed feeder for horses designed to be mounted on a wall located behind the horse's trough and used for automatic, in accordance with the controller setting, filling the trough with the feed stored therein in loose form, i.e. in the form of grains or granules, consisting of a hopper (1), which is closed at the top with a hinged cover (2) attached to it and which is equipped with a drain hole at the bottom, in which a closure is located, the opening of which is carried out by the controller, characterized in that the bottom wall of the hopper (1) is situated with a slope to the side, towards the drain hole, the closure of which is in the form of a pivotally mounted latch and an electromagnetic lock releasing the latch, wherein the hopper (1) is combined on one of the side sides with a cabinet (7), inside which a controller opening the electromagnetic lock is located.
