Abstract
The subject of the application is an antifreeze valve device for heating installations with an air heat pump, comprising a main body (1) with an inlet port (1a) and an outlet port (1b) connected by a flow channel, a lower seat (1c) with an antifreeze assembly (2) connected thereto, and an upper seat (1d) with an aeration assembly (3) connected thereto. The aeration assembly (3) comprises: a first connector (5) connected to the main body (1), sealed by a first O-ring (6), a cylindrical core (9) located in the first connector (5), having semicircular grooves in its lower part; an aeration plug (7) with at least one opening in its upper part, located above the core (9) and connected to the first connector (5); and a first flat gasket (8) located between the core (9) and the aeration plug (7). The core (9) is slidably mounted between the lower part of the first connector (5) and the upper part of the aeration plug (7).The anti-freeze assembly (2) comprises: a second connector (10) connected to the main body (1), sealed with a second o-ring (11); an assembly body (12) connected to the second connector (10), sealed with a third o-ring (13); a thermostatic insert (14), limited at the top by the connector (10) and at the bottom by a second flat gasket (15) and a locking ring (16); a closing cup (17) terminated with a pin, mounted on a spring (18) placed between it and the inner wall of the assembly body (12); and a drain plug (20) placed in the assembly body (12) with an outlet opening, plugged by the closing cup (17), pressing with the pin on the third flat gasket (19) placed above this opening. The thermostatic insert (14) comprises a temperature sensor (14a), a control rod (14b) mounted in the closing cup (17) which changes its length depending on the temperature and a cylindrical part located between them resting on a second flat seal (15).The closing cup (17) is slidably mounted between the drain plug (20) and the control rod (14b), and there is a space between the outer wall of the control rod (14b) and the inner wall of the closing cup (17) forming a chamber. On the inlet side of the valve connector (1), a strainer (23) is placed inside the inlet port (1a).
