Abstract
The base plate is characterized in that it has the shape of an elongated and bent angle bar, which has a cut-out opening (8) on one side and an upwardly bent element (2) on the opposite side; the cut-out opening (8) is separated from the opening (5) by a vertically bent element (7), which preferably is co-shaped with the cut-out opening (8). Outside the cut-out element (8), along the longer sides of the base plate (1), cut-outs (9) are placed.
