Abstract

A rubber-metal shock absorber with pre-adjustment for transferring directional loads and torsional displacement forces, especially for passenger car bogies, comprising a package consisting of at least two and not more than five elastic rubber elements (1) and a separator plate (2) separating the closest surfaces of the elastic rubber elements (1) from each other, and furthermore a first plate (3) and a second plate (4) which adhere to the outer, outer surfaces of the elastic rubber elements (1) respectively, and an upper guide pin (5) and a lower guide pin (7).The elastic rubber element (1) is a disc formed from rubber with fire resistance of at least category R9 for level HL2 and hardness in the range from 42 to 78 Sh°A, wherein for the set composed of elastic rubber elements (1) and the separator plate their design relation of maximum displacements, its design relation with the extended range of individual displacements, where in the design relation of the maximum lateral displacement in relation to the width A of the second plate (4) and the length E of the second plate (4) if these values ​​are equal or only to the width A of the second plate (4) if the length E of the second plate (4) is greater than the width A of the base of the second plate (4) and for displacements in the X direction it has an increase AX of at least 29%, and in the Y direction it has an increase AY of at least 12%.
