Abstract

A hinge connector assembly for an articulated adapter with a lock, comprising a rounded housing and a cover plate attached to a base element, which connects the backrest elements through the upper end of the cover plate, and which base element has projections connecting the seat crossbars, at the same time the base element has elements fastening the railing, and the lower ends of the base element are connected by a support through a hinge mechanism, characterized in that the base element has a shape similar to the letter P, and along the long bottom edge it has an extension reinforced with a structure in the shape of a honeycomb, and the semicircular vertical wall has a central hole, wherein the housing of the hinge connector with a rounded shape has a coaxial central hole and also has elongated sheet metal elements (6, 7,7a) of a shape similar to a semicircular segment, attached in layers at the edge of the housing (1) and containing a locking slider (5) of a cuboid shape, internally reinforced with a sheet metal, which slider (5) engages with the sheet metal elements (6, 7, 7a) through a stepped notch in the form of teeth (8) profiled in the front part, which correspond in shape to a double tunnel (10) formed by layered sheet metal elements (7, 7a) having notches in the shape of the letter E and covered with a sheet metal element (6) of a full shape, into which the stepped notch in the form of teeth (8) of the slider (5) is inserted under the pressure of a spring supporting the opposite side of the slider (5), and in that the base element has a protruding trapezoidal reinforcement at the rear edge of the lower long edge, which is congruent with the semicircular vertical wall of the base element,which trapezoidal reinforcement with its diagonal upper wall supports the peripheral part of the rounded wall of the covering cover,
