Device for emergency opening of the backfill pipeline control tee

Abstract

The application concerns a device for emergency opening of a backfill pipeline control tee used in deep mines. When the cover (TB) of the control tee (T) needs to be opened, the device (1) is placed on the body (K) using two parallel, U-shaped clamps (2), connected at the top by connectors (3). A rigid beam (6) is mounted on each arm (5) at its end, and handles (8) with horizontal slots are mounted on the inner sides. A flat plate (10) with a central opening for the actuator (12) fits into the slots. The actuator (12) is connected by its core end (12b) to the grip (19) of the side cover (TB) of the control tee (T), and its cylinder (12a) is releasably connected to the flat plate (10) via a rigid flange (16). Preferably, the U-shaped clamp (2) has an arcuate part corresponding to the curvature of the body (K) of the control tee (T).Also preferably, the actuator (12) is releasably connected to the flat plate (10) and to the side cover (TB) of the control tee.
