Modular steel cover, placed on transport belts

Abstract

The subject of the application is a modular spring steel cover (1) covering the surface of a conveyor belt. The cover is characterized in that the modular spring steel cover (1) is equipped with mounting holes (2) and slots that allow the plate to move freely independently of the belt while being wound through the rollers (3). Thanks to the modular assembly and the overlapping of the preceding plate with the preceding plate, they create a smooth surface that will not tear when the belt is wound in the correct direction. Correctly mounting the covers so that one module overlaps the other prevents the covers from tearing during operation when the belt is operated in the opposite direction to the overlapping modules.
