Door frame profile

Abstract

The door frame profile is a closed-profile strip whose cross-section resembles a rectangular tube, the interior of which constitutes a door frame chamber (1) bounded on one side by a flat mounting wall (2), on the other by a flat rebate wall, and on the sides by a flat first wall (4) equipped with a first mounting socket (6) on the inside, and on the other side by a flat second wall (5) equipped with a second mounting socket (7) on the inside. The first wall (4), on the rebate wall side, has a first protrusion (8), the outer wall of which is also an extension of the outer wall of the first wall (4) and whose length is greater than the width of the rebate wall. The first protrusion (8) has a triangular first projection (9) in its upper part, directed away from the rebate wall. In the rebate wall, in front of the first protrusion (8), there is a gasket seat (10).The rebate wall, on the side of the second wall (5), has a second protrusion (11), the outer wall of which is also an extension of the outer wall of the rebate wall and which is perpendicular to the second wall (5). The end edge of the second protrusion (11) is oblique, and in its upper part there is a second triangular protrusion (12), which is directed towards the mounting wall (2). The rebate wall, on the side of the chamber (1) of the frame, has a two-stage recess (13).
