Abstract

The subject of the application is a mechanism for adjusting the angle of opening of the cantle arms of a saddle, characterized in that it constitutes a structural element of the saddle tree and comprises a central adjustment element (3) connected to an adjustment screw (4) placed in the upper resistance socket (8a) and the lower resistance socket (8b) and cantle arms (1a, 1b) connected to the central adjustment element (3) through intermediate elements (2a, 2b), and the rotation of the adjustment screw causes a symmetrical change in the angle of opening (á) of the cantle arms (1a, 1b) without changing the distance between their pivot points (s).
