Abstract

The subject of the application, shown in the drawing, is a support assembly for the tight and rapid installation of photovoltaic panels and other modular components that make up the roof covering of a pitched roof. The profiles that make up the support assembly, through their shape and configuration relative to each other, ensure water drainage along the slope of the pitched roof covering. This prevents any dripping of water from between the gaps between the photovoltaic module frame and the support assembly, which may result from imperfections in the module frame geometry and its fit with the support assembly profiles.
