The subject of the application, shown in the drawing, is the design of a device that facilitates the filling and transport of bags made of any material in sizes tailored to the user's needs. The device's spring-loaded arm provides a reliable and stable method for filling and transporting bags of various sizes and capacities, made of any material, e.g., steel rods with a diameter of 8 to 12 mm.
