Abstract

The subject of the application is a gas transfer device used for filling diving cylinders with breathing gas mixtures. The device is designed for transferring gases such as air, oxygen, helium, and argon. The purity of the gases must correspond to the purity of breathing gases, primarily in terms of the content of solid particles and water. The multi-part gas transfer device is characterized in that it is equipped with a plunger pump connected to the drive unit via a connecting sleeve, wherein the plunger pump has a cylindrical housing (4) with a plunger (5) axially located relative to the actuator piston rod, with a channel closed by a head (6), in which an inlet connector (8) and an outlet connector (7) are made, connected by pipes to the plunger (5). The cylindrical housing (4) has an annular seat opposite the head (6),in which the plunger (5) is provided with a seal (9) mounted in a poly(tetrafluoroethylene) sleeve (10) and a plunger bearing (5) mounted in the plunger bearing housing (11) and a scraper (12) mounted on the edge at the connecting sleeve, a connecting sleeve (2) is subsequently connected to the plunger pump, in which the actuator piston rod (13) is mounted, wherein the actuator piston rod (13) at the plunger (5) is provided with a piston cam (14), the rolling rod is connected to a power unit provided with a driving cylinder (30) with a distributor (29), furthermore, in the connecting sleeve there is made a collector (18) longitudinal to the actuator rolling rod (13) connected to the driving cylinder, provided with connectors intended for supplying the auxiliary valve (26), a connector (27) for supplying the distributor (29) and a connector (28) for 10 bar supply,
