Multi-way valve

Abstract

A multi-way valve, especially for distributing and controlling the direction of water flow in automatic coffee machines, has a rigid body made of plastic consisting of an upper housing (1) and a lower housing (18) and which has a rotatable valve disc (12) placed in the space between the upper housing (1) and the lower housing (18) and rotating around the axis of rotation (4), the upper housing (1) has at least two outflow channels (2, 7) arranged at a distance R from the axis of rotation (4), while the lower housing (18) has an inflow channel (14) placed in the axis of rotation (4), in which the valve disc (12) has a radial water channel (16) starting at the axis of rotation (4) on the lower surface of the valve disc (12) and ending on the upper surface of the disc at a distance R from the axis of rotation (4).
