Abstract

The subject of the application is a toilet bowl with illumination, having a body (2) with a usable upper side, from which upper side of the body (2) a usable recessed interior of the toilet bowl is accessible, wherein at the bottom of the recessed interior of the toilet bowl there is a drain, wherein in the lateral part of the recessed interior of the toilet bowl there is an inlet opening (6) for flushing water, located at a level closer to the upper side of the body (2) than to the drain, wherein the flushing water is supplied to the inlet opening (6) by an inlet channel (7) made of plastic, mounted in the interior of the body (2) of the toilet bowl and having an end (8) located in the inlet opening (6), wherein the inlet channel (7) in the area of ​​the inlet opening (6) has a seal (9), wherein in the toilet bowl two general parts are separated: a wet part, i.e. comprising the inner part of the inlet channel (7), the drain and the recessed interior of the toilet bowl, up to the seal (9) of the inlet channel (7), dry, i.e.comprising the interior of the toilet bowl body (2) including the area on the outside of the inlet channel (7), up to the seal (9) of the inlet channel (7), characterized in that at least a part of the inlet channel (7) and / or the seal (9) is made of a light-permeable material, and on the dry side of the bowl and in the immediate vicinity of said at least a part of the inlet channel (7) and / or the seal (9) made of a light-permeable material - a local light source (10) is placed, wherein the local light source (10) is at a distance of at most 35 cm from the end (8) of the inlet channel (7).
