Air conditioning unit

Abstract

The subject of the application is an air conditioning unit designed to filter and cool air in cabins or in separate, stationary workstations located in underground non-methane mine workings, especially in non-ferrous metal ore mines, which consists of: a frame housing in which a compressor unit (6) is placed in a tight housing; a condenser (7), which is equipped with two axial fans placed next to each other, each located in a separate air tunnel; a filter-dryer (9); a dual-function tank (10); an expansion nozzle (11); an evaporator (8) with a two-rotor radial fan provided with an inlet filter and three outlet ducts; high pressure and low pressure manometers, interconnected by a system of flexible pipelines (12). The unit is also equipped with a compact socket containing connectors for electrical and control circuits. On the corner posts (1.1) – pivoting – transport handles are mounted (1.2). The spaces between adjacent posts are surrounded by covers: front and rear, and side covers: left and right. The unit covers are openwork.
