Carriage for moving a longwall conveyor at a drive-and-return station

Abstract

The carriage for moving the stage loader at the entry-return station has a box-shaped body in which a carriage position locking mechanism is mounted, comprising pawls (4) terminated at the bottom of the body with locking teeth (6), and movably attached at the top of the carriage body by connecting pins (9) to the pusher levers (10) connected to the pusher actuator (11). The pusher levers (10) are connected to each other by a pin (12) and are located outside the carriage body. The connecting pins (9) are movably mounted in holes (16) in the side walls of the carriage body. The locking tooth (6) of each pawl (4) terminates in a triangular notch (7) with perpendicular arms, and the outer contours of the locking teeth (8).
