Exercise bike

Abstract

The subject of the application is an exercise bike, which is a stationary device powered by the user's muscles and includes exercise data measurement sensors. Exercise data from the measurement sensors is fed to a microprocessor (18). The device includes an electrical power generation unit (6), the output of which is connected via a converter (9) to an energy storage unit in the form of a battery pack (10), from which electrical power is fed to the microprocessor's power inputs. Output signals from measuring electrodes (3) mounted on the user's arms and from measuring electrodes (8) mounted on the user's legs, as well as from strain gauge sensors (22), are fed to the microprocessor's analysis inputs (18).
