Abstract

The subject of the application is a device for generating gas micro- or nano-bubbles in a liquid, consisting of a mixing unit divided by a perforated membrane into a mixing chamber and a gas chamber, a gas source connected to the gas chamber, and a liquid pump generating a liquid jet in the mixing chamber above the membrane, in which a piezoelectric element (11) is attached to the perforated membrane (10), which excites the perforated membrane (10) into a vibratory motion. The perforated membrane (10) is a thin-layer, mechatronically driven mesh with micro- or nano-meshes.
