Abstract

The subject of the application is a roof panel (1) made from a rectangular sheet metal, in which an external lock (2) is formed at one of the longer edges of the sheet metal, and an external lock (3) is formed at the other of the longer edges of the sheet metal. A top fold (7) is formed along one shorter edge of the panel (1), and a bottom fold is formed along the other shorter edge, opposite the first shorter edge. The panel (1) is characterized in that a first cutout (9) is made in the external lock (2), and a second cutout (10) is made in the internal lock (3). In the flat state of the panel (1), before the panel (1) is shaped, the first cutout (9) has the shape of a right-angled triangle, one leg of which is located on the end line of the shaped panel (1), and the other leg of which is located at the top line of the external lock (2) and is parallel to it.The second cutout (10) in the flat state of the panel (1), before shaping the panel (1), has the shape of a right-angled triangle, one leg of which is located on the end line of the shaped panel (1) and the other leg of which is located at the top line of the inner lock (3) and is parallel to it. The first cutout (9) in the upper part of the outer lock (2) also encompasses the top of the outer lock (2) to a maximum of half its width, and the second cutout (10) in the upper part of the inner lock (3) also encompasses the top of the inner lock (3) to a maximum of half its width. In the first cutout (9), the length of the leg located at the top line of the outer lock (2) is shorter than the width of the upper fold (7), and in the second cutout (10), the length of the rectangular leg located at the top line of the inner lock (3) is shorter than the width of the upper fold (7).
