Hollow block

Abstract

A block in the shape of a cuboid, the interior surface of which is divided into smaller holes (1, 2, 6) and has a tongue-and-groove (4)-groove (5) arrangement located outside the cuboid, on two opposing surfaces along the shorter sides of the block. The interior surface of the block is divided into two types of holes (1, 2) (vertical holes) arranged in separate parallel rows. The central vertical holes (1) located in the center of the block are hexagonal in shape, creating a honeycomb structure. The outer rows located on the longer sides of the block have outer vertical holes (2) in the shape of a circle. In the tongue-and-groove (4)-groove (5) arrangement, the tongues (4') along one side of the block have vertical grooves (6) in the shape of elongated rectangular holes.
