Adapter sleeve for welding tables

Abstract

The subject of the application is an adapter sleeve for mounting accessories in welding table system holes. The sleeve is a cylindrical body (1) with a through hole (3), made of a resilient material. The design is characterized by a series of radial cuts (2) on both faces of the body, arranged alternately and circumferentially. These cuts allow for a flexible reduction of the sleeve's outer diameter during press-fit assembly, ensuring its stable frictional retention in the hole. The through hole (3) has a chamfer (5) on its inner edges that serves as a socket for the mounting screw, eliminating interference between the screw and the sleeve body. The symmetrical design allows for double-sided installation of the adapter in the slope hole.
