Method of manufacturing a layered material containing an embossment

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of producing a layered material containing an embossing (2), in which a paper material (1a) is joined with a wooden material (1b) by means of an adhesive layer, the paper material (1a) having a thickness of at least 2 mm, while the thickness of the wooden material (1b) is in the range of 0.3 to 0.6 mm, and then the embossing (2) is performed by crimping the layered structure (1), between a matrix (3) and a paternoster (4), which contain complementary concave (3a) and convex portions.In a further operation, linear cuts (5) are additionally made in the layer of wood material (1b), intended for bends of the layered cellulose structure, after which an angular recess is made in the layer of paper material (1a), preferably with a recess angle equal to or greater than 45 degrees, and then glue is placed in the angular recesses, after which the areas separated by the angular recesses are bent, connecting them with glue, in order to form a three-dimensional layered structure, preferably of the box type.
