Device for turbulent foaming of asphalt

Abstract

The subject of the application is a device for turbulent asphalt foaming, comprising a heated cylindrical tank (1) with a drain (1.1) at the end, a cover (1.2) with an asphalt inlet (1.3) at the beginning of the tank (1), and a foaming agent inlet (1.4) and an exhaust port (1.5) connected to the asphalt inlet (1.3). It is characterized in that the tank axis (1) is inclined to the ground at an acute angle α. The end of a lifting device (2) placed on the ground is attached to the outer side surface of the initial part of the tank (1). A mechanism (3) rotating the tank (1) around its axis is attached to the outer side surface of the tank (1). Inside the tank (1), mixing blades (1.6) in the shape of a screw ribbon are attached to its side surface. In the end part of the tank (1) before the drain (1.1) there is an overflow or discharge partition (1.7) with a slot (1.8). The partition (1.7) is attached to the tank (1) in a way that allows it to rotate, and the slot (1.8) has a fixed position relative to the ground.
