Abstract

The subject of the application is a system and method for continuous, adaptive variable frequency waveform division. The system is characterized in that a variable frequency waveform source (Uf) is connected to a counter (L), whose output is connected to the input of a frequency-to-code (f / N) converter in the measurement system (Sp) and simultaneously connected to the input of an edge detection system (WZ), while the counter's configuration input (L) is connected via a communication line to a microprocessor (P) controlling the frequency division stage of the counter (L). The output of the edge detection system (WZ) is connected to the microprocessor's (P) communication line. A communication interface (I) is connected to the microprocessor (P) via a communication line, which is connected to the measurement system (Sp) via a communication line.
