Abstract

A method for manufacturing an ultralight cellular board on blocks consisting of three layers, where a core is placed between two outer facing layers (1, 2) of HDF / MDF / particle board / laminated particle board / plywood, is characterized in that cuboid reinforcing elements in the form of blocks of predetermined width and length, and a height equal to the core thickness, are placed in selected locations. The position of the blocks and their size in the core depends on the position of drilling and milling performed in subsequent processes of formatting to size, milling, and drilling.
