Abstract
The invention relates to a method of culturing immortalized lines of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), obtained by double transfection with plasmids, carried out under standard and modified conditions, and a composition of factors obtained by the method according to the invention for use in the treatment of skin diseases, in regenerative medicine and in immunotherapy for the treatment of chronic skin diseases.
