Abstract
A method of sleeveless winding of a stretchable foil and a winder turntable mandrel for sleeveless winding of a stretchable foil, characterized in that the foil is wound in the first phase without stretching, in contact with a torque pressure with adjustable tension force, which is wound to a coil diameter equal to the diameter of the roll (10) supporting the claw (9), and then, after the coil reaches the diameter of the roll (10) supporting the claw (9), the slit winding mode is switched on, which is implemented by the machine software in the PLC controller, wherein during slit winding of the foil, the mandrel located on the turntable moves cyclically away from the winding shaft by a distance constituting the thickness of the wound foil increased by 5 to 7 µm per one revolution of the mandrel.The winder turntable mandrel consists of an inner core (2) and an outer sleeve (1), wherein the inner core (2) has an inner air chamber (4) with arranged holes (5) for air outflow to the chamber formed between the outer jacket of the inner core (2) and the inner jacket of the outer sleeve (1) constituting the outer air chamber (3), and the inner air chamber (4) is connected through a passage with the hub of the mandrel (8) and ends with a compressed air valve (7) led outwards, wherein the outer sleeve (1) has holes (6) for air outflow to the outside of the outer sleeve (1).
