Abstract
A device for positioning physical objects in various configurations for optimal representation of the object geometry in a digital environment in the form of a tripod equipped with a support frame with a driving system in the form of a wheel set is characterized in that a positioning element (2) is connected to the tripod (1) around which there is a module (3) located around the physical object being scanned (4) located on a platform (5), wherein the tripod (1) is equipped with vertical guides (7) and horizontal guides of the elements positioning the modules (3) and a platform stabilizer, a knee stabilizer (9) positioning the object (4) on the positioning element (2) and / or a photogrammetric system with modules (3) arranged on three orbits, where each module (3) is equipped with a set of cameras, lighting and a control unit - expander.The platform stabilizer is equipped with a couch stabilizer clamp, a couch slide locking mechanism, a couch stabilizer profile, and a couch stabilizer support. The knee stabilizer (9) is equipped with a knee stabilizer support, a knee stabilizer cross profile, a body, a lateral slide locking mechanism, and a longitudinal slide locking mechanism. The modules (3) are preferably equipped with a 3D scanner for mapping the geometry of a physical object (4) in a digital environment. The method for positioning physical objects in various configurations for optimal object geometry mapping is characterized in that the physical object (4) is mounted on a positioning element (2), the modules (3) are positioned and digitized for physical object digitization, and then the physical object (4) is scanned.The digitalization modules (3) position the knees in the knee stabilizer (9) using a laser, rope marker mounted on the head (12) when activated, a vertical line is displayed, which serves as a reference point during knee stabilization.
