Abstract

The subject of the application is a liquid for very hot heat treatment of steel, which contains 86.4% - 93.8% (m / m) of base oil containing 70.3% - 82.0% (m / m) of wax - modified lanolin, with a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 485.0 - 598.0 mm2 / s and a pour point of 2°C - 16°C and which is characterized by a distillation range such that less than 5% V / V distils up to 458°C and at least 95% V / V distils up to 645°C, 7.9% - 19.5% of wax - modified jojoba oil, with a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 20.5 - 26.5 mm2 / s and a pour point of -5°C to 3°C, which is characterized by a distillation range such that less than 5% V / V distills up to 395°C and at least 95% V / V distills up to 590°C and contains one package of refining additives in the amount of: a) 1.8% - 5,4% (m / m) of a package of improvers containing from 10% to less than 20% (m / m) of calcium salts of long-chain alkyl derivatives of salicylic acid and from 10% to less than 20% (m / m) of a mixture of sodium salts of saturated linear (C10-C47)-alkylaryl derivatives of benzenesulfonic acids derived from petroleum and from 1% to less than 3% (m / m) of esters of 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid with alcohols having branched (C7-C9)-alkyl groups, dissolved in mineral base oil, the content of which in the package is a complement to 100% (m / m), and additionally contains 3 improvers with different functions, in amounts: b) 1.2% - 5.6% (m / m) of an antioxidant additive containing, based on the total weight of this additive, 70% - 80% (m / m) of an alkyl derivative-(C8) diphenylamine and 10% - 20% (m / m) of 2,2'-thiodiethylene bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] and containing additives defined as non-hazardous,having a viscosity at 40°C in the range of 2600 — 2800 mm2 / s, c) 0.5% - 4.0% (m / m) of ashless dispersant, mono- and / or bis-polybutenesuccinimide type, having a base number of not more than 18 mg KOH / g and a viscosity at 100°C of not more than 330 mm2 / s, d) 0.2% - 3.5% (m / m) of viscosity modifier - polymer of esters of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid with aliphatic alcohols (C1—C18), dissolved in mineral base oil and having a viscosity of the entire mixture at 100°C in the range of 660 mm2 / s to 980 mm2 / s,
