Abstract

The subject of the application is a microfluidic system for releasing drugs that exhibit fluorescence, characterized in that it comprises two interconnected hydrophobic layers: an upper (7) and a lower (6), wherein both the upper (7) and the lower (6) layer contain at least one microstructure, and the microstructure in the upper layer (7) is separated from the microstructure in the lower layer (6) by a dialysis membrane (8). Another subject of the invention is the use of the microsystem to obtain drug release profiles from a carrier placed in a measurement chamber using a multi-well plate reader or other detection tools for any number of different solutions or drug release under specific conditions in multiple independent trials.Another subject of the invention is a microfluidic system for releasing drugs that exhibit fluorescence, characterized in that it comprises two interconnected hydrophobic layers: an upper (7) and a lower (6), wherein the lower layer (6) comprises at least one microstructure.
