Rubber composite

Abstract

A rubber composite in the form of rubber granulate (1) bonded with a binder (2), wherein the binder (2) is a crosslinking product of a composition containing: from 10% to 22% by weight of polymeric methylenediphenyl-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI), from 12% to 25% by weight of methylenediphenyl-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI) modified with carbodiimide bonds, from 48% to 54% by weight of polyoxypropylene diol with a molecular weight of 2000 g / mol and a hydroxyl value of 56.1 mg KOH / g, and from 10% to 15% by weight of bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate (DOA) as a plasticizer; hardened in the form of a mixture with rubber granulate, preferably in an amount of 5% to 15% by weight of binder in relation to the weight of rubber granulate and the addition of water in an amount of 1% to 5% by weight in relation to the weight of binder, and then seasoned at room temperature under atmospheric pressure for a period of not less than 24 hours.
