Abstract
The subject of the application is a mixer for selective catalytic reduction of exhaust gases, the longitudinal cross-section of which is U-shaped, comprising an exhaust gas inlet, an exhaust gas flow chamber, an exhaust gas outlet and an injector seat, which is characterized in that in the injection zone (13), along the direction of exhaust gas flow, a first-stage blade mixer (8) is mounted, and in the central part of the exhaust gas flow chamber (2), transversely to the direction of exhaust gas flow, a second-stage blade mixer (5) is located, wherein the first-stage blade mixer (8) comprises two opposite rows of blades set at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the mixer and comprises a central blade in a shape similar to the letter V, located centrally in the longitudinal axis of the mixer behind the rows of blades, each of the blades being a plate element,the proximal end of which is on the side of the injector seat (4) and the distal end on the side of the second-stage blade mixer (5), the blades are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the mixer while maintaining a linear spacing, wherein the first row of blades is a mirror image with respect to the longitudinal axis of the mixer of the spatial arrangement of the second row of blades, and the second-stage blade mixer (5) comprises two opposite rows of blades (6), wherein each of the blades (6) is a plate element arranged parallel to the vertical axis of the mixer housing (7), wherein the first row of blades (6) on the side of the exhaust gas inlet (1) comprises blades (6) whose free ends are directed towards the injector seat (4) of the mixer, and the second row of blades (6) situated on the side of the exhaust gas outlet (3) from the mixer comprises blades (6) which are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis transverse to the direction of the exhaust gas flow,maintaining a linear distance from the axis of symmetry to the blades (6) of the first row, wherein in each row the spatial arrangement of half of the blades (6) constituting it is a mirror image, in relation to the longitudinal axis of the mixer housing (7), of the spatial arrangement of the other half of the blades (6) constituting a given row,
