Abstract

Anti-corrosion coating intended for temporary protection of metallic surfaces, especially carbon steel, prepared from a solution containing zinc phosphate, inorganic chemical compounds from the group of oxygen acids and water, subjected to a synthesis reaction with a thickener until the components are completely dissolved, being a homogeneous mixture as a result of the homogenization process, characterized in that it constitutes an amorphous coating containing: from 24% to 32% of parts by weight of orthophosphoric acid, from 0.8% to 3% of parts by weight of nitric acid, from 55% to 65% of parts by weight of distilled water, from 2% to 6% of parts by weight of hydrated zinc phosphate and from 0.08% to 0.20% of parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol.
