Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining N-(diaminophosphinyl)-3,4-dichloroaniline phosphoramidite, characterized in that in the first stage a reaction is carried out between a mixture of acetonitrile and dichloroaniline in a ratio of 80 parts by weight:13 parts by weight and a dropwise added mixture of acetonitrile and phosphoryl trichloride in a ratio of 80 parts by weight:3 parts by weight, and the molar ratio of amine to phosphoryl trichloride is 4:1, wherein the reaction is carried out at a temperature in the range of 0 - 5°C with removal of moisture from the reaction medium, and the rate of addition is in the range of 50 - 100 µl / s, after completion of the addition, stirring is maintained for at least 10 hours at a temperature of 0 - 5°C, then gaseous ammonia is passed through the mixture until a precipitate is obtained, which is dried for at least 24 hours at room temperature. The subject of the application is also the use of N-(diaminophosphinyl)-3,4-dichloroaniline phosphoramidite to inhibit the activity of the urease enzyme in fertilizers containing urea.
