Abstract

A system for preventing the tackification of a charge material in the form of a cylinder during heating for a hot die forging process, which is intended to be installed between two inductors of an induction heater, equipped with a graphite spraying unit (1), characterized in that the graphite spraying unit (1) is located between two inductors of an induction heater, the first of which is a preheating inductor (2) and the second one is a proper heating inductor (3), wherein between said first and second inductors (2, 3), two driven rollers (4) are located under the nozzles of the graphite spraying unit (1), which rotate the charge material around its own axis and guide it from the preheating inductor to the proper heating inductor (2).
