Abstract

The tool for extruding a hollow shaft step is characterized in that it has a punch with a mandrel (1) placed coaxially in the opening (2) of the upper container (3a). The punch with the mandrel (1) is positioned coaxially with an ejector (4), which has a through hole (5) along its axis of symmetry. The ejector (4) is placed coaxially in the opening (6) of the lower container (3b). Between the upper container (3a) and the lower container (3b), a ring-shaped die (7) is placed, which is attached to the upper container (3a). The opening (8) of the die (7) in the first zone (Ia) on the side of the upper container (3a) has a larger cross-sectional area than in the second zone (IIa), which is located on the side of the lower container (3b). The opening (8) of the die (7) in the second zone (IIa) has a larger cross-sectional area than the opening (2) of the upper container (3a) and the opening (6) of the lower container (3b).The opening (8) of the die (7) is coaxial with the opening (2) of the upper container (3a) and the opening (6) of the lower container (3b).
