Method for producing pure phosphoric acid based on struvite

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing pure phosphoric acid based on struvite, characterized in that the phosphorus raw material, being a mixture of phosphate rock in an amount of 70% to 99.5% and struvite in an amount of 0.5% to 30%, is subjected to homogenization and heating to a temperature of 70 - 90°C, then, while continuously stirring at a speed of 200 - 400 rpm and maintaining the temperature, a stoichiometric amount of a mineral acid selected from the group: sulfuric acid (VI) or hydrochloric acid or nitric acid (V) is added, the mixing is continued for 60 minutes until the product is obtained in the form of a suspension or extraction solution of phosphoric acid with a concentration of 12% to P2O5 by weight.
