The subject of the solution is a knee brace supporting lower limb rehabilitation with the ability to adjust the load on the knee joint, enabling a systematic increase or decrease of the knee joint bending moment according to medical and rehabilitation recommendations throughout the entire treatment period. The knee brace supporting lower limb rehabilitation consists of two elements mounted on the limb and connected on both sides by rails. The fastening elements are in the form of two rings: upper (1) and lower (2), connected symmetrically on both sides by two rails: upper (3) and lower (4), in the form of shaped flat bars interconnected by a screw connection (6) through the mechanism housing with a spring (8) and mounted on both sides using rectangular plates (7) in the hooks (8). The rings (1, 2) of the rail (3, 4) are profiled in two stages, starting with a straight section, then profiled at an acute angle.in turn into a straight section - parallel to the straight section, and are mutually connected between the rings (1, 2) by means of a screw (6) through an opening in the housing of the mechanism with a spring located between the rails (3, 4), and the housing has the form of a sleeve and constitutes a cover for the mechanism with a spring (8) and at the same time an element connecting the rails (3, 4) by means of a screw connection (6), at the ends of the rails (3, 4) at the point of connection with the housing, in the upper part of the straight section of the rail (3), and in the lower part of the straight section of the rail (4) at the point of connection with the housing, there are two holes intended for fastening the ends of the spring, with the upper part of the spring (8) being fastened to the upper opening, and the lower part being fastened to the lower opening.,
