Abstract

The subject of the application is a system and method for adjusting the rotation angle of a polarized light source. In the system, a collimator (2) is mounted in a housing (1) and is connected to an optical fiber (3) connected to a splitter (4). The system is characterized in that, on the opposite side of the splitter (4), a second optical fiber (5) and a third optical fiber (6) with oblique Bragg gratings (7, 8) produced in their cores are connected.Each of the second ends of the second optical fiber (5) and the third optical fiber (6) is connected to a separate optical spectrum analyzer (9, 10), which is connected to a calculation module (11), which is connected to a drive (13) via a control cable (12), to which a polarized light source (14) is rotatably mounted on one side, and on the other side the drive (13) is mounted on a fixed base (15), while the calculation module (11) is equipped with an input (16) of an external rotation angle controller, and the angle of rotation of the Bragg gratings (7, 8) relative to each other is from 15° to 30°.
