Abstract

The subject of the application presented in the drawing is a method for producing a heterostructure composed of at least two monolayers of two-dimensional materials with controlled lateral shapes deposited on a substrate, characterized in that the monolayers of two-dimensional materials are transition metal dichalcogenides selected from the group consisting of MoS2, WS2, MoSe2, and WSe2. The method according to the invention utilizes the transfer of a two-dimensional material from a working SiO2 / Si substrate to another two-dimensional material using a gold polymer ribbon, and the substrate on which the heterostructure is deposited is any substrate selected from the group consisting of SiO2 / Si, Al2O3, or glass.
