Abstract
The first subject of the application is an aptamer exhibiting affinity for the PD-L1 protein having the sequence presented as SEQ.1. The second subject of the application is the use of an oligonucleotide as defined in the first subject of the application for the production of a functional covalent complex comprising a fluorescent label or an affinity substance and the oligonucleotide according to the first subject of the application. Another subject of the application is a functional covalent complex comprising a label or an affinity substance and an oligonucleotide as defined in the first subject of the application. The application also covers the use of the functional covalent complex in diagnostic imaging, particularly in tumor imaging.
