Abstract

The subject of the application is a mechanism for opening and re-closing an opening for emptying a container and a container with this mechanism. The mechanism for opening and re-closing an opening for emptying a container comprises a latch (7) and guides (3) arranged along the opening (2) for emptying the container. The latch (7) has formed catches (8) that are slidably mounted on the guides (3) and includes a means for moving it from the closed position to the open position and back. The guides (3) are formed on the lower surface (1b) of the part of the container containing the opening (2) for emptying the container along said opening (2) for emptying the container or on two opposite walls of said opening (2) for emptying the container, and the catches (8) are formed on the lower surface (7b) of the latch (7). The cover (1) containing the mechanism according to the present invention is inseparably connected to the container body by means of latching elements.
