Method for decellularization of adipose tissue and use of the preparation obtained thereby

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing eggshell meal and avian eggshell meal, shown in the drawing. It includes a thermal and mechanical processing step with simultaneous initial grinding of the raw material: hen eggshells and the subshell membrane, a further grinding step to a fraction with an average grain size of approximately 4 mm, a mechanical separation step of the raw material into fractions: subshell membrane with an average purity of 98%, a mixture of eggshell and subshell membrane with variable component contents, and a shell fraction with an average purity of 98%, followed by grinding each fraction into a meal of the desired grain size, and optionally sterilizing the resulting product in the form of meal, depending on its intended use. The meal produced by the above method finds applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, feed, food, and fertilizer industries.
