Abstract
The subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing a mold, especially for baking, and a mold made by this method. The method of manufacturing a mold according to the invention is characterized in that the mold is formed from a uniform sheet metal cut (4) comprising a base and side walls mutually connected by corners constituting a zone for shaping corner reinforcements, wherein in the initial stage A, firstly, in the matrix (7) - consisting of a base (7a) and at least four shaped supports (7b) arranged on the base (7a) in pairs opposite each other - a lower plate (2) is placed on the supports (7b), to which lower plate (2) large arms (3a, 3b) are rotatably attached by means of hinges (8), then in the corners of the zone for shaping corner reinforcements wedges (6) are slidably fastened, covering the corners of the sheet metal cut (4) on both sides, then the sheet metal cut (4) is positioned on the lower plate (2), the large arms (3a, 3b) of which have locating pins (10),then the sheet metal cut (4) is pressed against the lower plate (2) by means of a punch (1), as a result of which, while pressing the punch (1) through the die (7), the mold is shaped by means of arms (3a, 3b) bending against the lower plate (2) and a mold is created with bent side walls and partially shaped corner reinforcements, which at this stage have the shape of a triangle, while in the final stage B of mold shaping, the punch (1) together with the wedges (6) are dismantled in order to remove the pre-shaped mold from the die (7), then the mold is positioned in a corner bending system containing arms, preferably with rotatably mounted bumpers, after which the corners are pressed against the side walls of the mold by means of bumpers rotatably mounted to the arms. The mold according to the invention is characterized in that it has vertical corner axisymmetric reinforcements, and it is advantageous when the angle of inclination of the side walls to the base is between 90° and 120°,and the side walls have longitudinal reinforcements. It's also beneficial if the inside of the base of the mold and its side walls are coated with silicone. It's also beneficial if all the walls of the mold are the same length.
