Abstract
The subject of the application is a method for manufacturing a product for animal skin care, which is characterized in that a supercritical extract is produced from dried bark and wood of basket willow (Salix viminalis) with a fineness of 1 - 3 mm, moisture content of 35% - 45% and bulk density of 250 - 350 g / L using CO2 in the presence of a co-solvent, i.e. water (scCO2 + H2O) for 40 - 60 h at a temperature of 40° - 60°C and a working pressure of 300 - 360 bar, after which the obtained ready-made supercritical extract is stored at refrigeration temperature. The next stage of production is to obtain a glycolic extract of sage, which is poured with polypropylene glycol at a temperature of 70° - 90°C in an amount that is ten times the weight of the plant raw material, the suspension prepared in this way is kept for 20 - 30 hours to extract the active substances of the herb, then the obtained extract is filtered to purify the extract from the remaining solid particles, then heated to a temperature.At 35°C-45°C, supercritical basket willow extract, peppermint oil, and paraben are added to the etocasu. Glycolic sage extract and glycerin are added to water at 35°C-45°C. The two phases are then combined in a paddle mixer with a homogenizing nozzle at 35°C-45°C for 5-15 minutes at 2500-3500 rpm, which allows for the formation of an emulsion. Carboxymethylcellulose is then added and the homogenization process is repeated for 5-15 minutes at 2500-3500 rpm. Once a stable emulsion is obtained, the product is cooled to room temperature, evacuated, and then filled into individual packages using a filler for thick products, closed and secured with an induction seal.
