Abstract

The application concerns a passive rudder for mechanically driven vessels, in the form of a solid structure composed of walls constituting rudder blades, which is in the form of a double-sided passage box formed by at least four walls, with three possible designs for disrupting natural water currents. The side walls (1, 2) face parallel to each other, and the upper wall (4) and lower wall (3) are arranged in a single-sided or double-sided tapering relationship. The side walls are arranged in a single-sided or double-sided tapering relationship, with the upper and lower walls facing parallel. The side walls face parallel to each other, and the upper and lower walls face parallel to each other, with the open spaces being of equal area.
