Mirrored furniture front

Abstract

The mirrored furniture front is in the form of an external mirror (1), bonded at its rear surface to the rear surface of an internal mirror using at least a layer of adhesive. The corresponding portions of the rear surfaces of both mirrors (1) are devoid of a mirror coating layer and an adhesive layer. An intermediate plastic plate is located between the external mirror (1) and the internal mirror of the furniture front. One layer of adhesive is located between the external mirror (1) and the aforementioned intermediate plate (3), and a second layer of adhesive (4) is located between the internal mirror and the aforementioned intermediate plate. The intermediate plate contains a gap in which a strip (5) with LED diodes and a diffuser strip (6) are arranged, where the thickness of the strip (5) with LED diodes and the diffuser strip (6) is no greater than the thickness of the intermediate plate. The width of the gap is at least equal to the combined width of the strip (5) with LED diodes and the width of the diffuser (6).The diffuser (6) is a transparent plastic sheet no thicker than the intermediate plate. The diffuser (6) is stabilized in the intermediate plate slot in such a position that it is positioned between the mirror fragments (8) (1) without a coating layer on the rear surface of these mirrors (1). A layer of light-diffusing foil is placed on the contact surfaces of the diffuser (6) and the mirror fragment (8). The LED strip (5) is connected to a power source.
