Abstract

The subject of the application is a device for administering inhalable substances to the nose, which consists of a body (1) and a side cover. Inside the body is a chamber (3) for storing inhalable substances, an outlet channel ending with a nozzle, and an air inlet channel (6) ending with an opening in the cover (7). Inside the body (1) is a dosing and feeding piston (8), provided with a dosing chamber (9) in the form of an opening in the piston (8). The piston (8) is mounted inside the body (1) in a slidable, reciprocating motion, the reciprocating motion being caused by a helical spring (11) spread between the piston (8) and the body (1). The piston (8) is adjacent to the interior of the chamber (3) for storing inhalable substances, and in the depressed position of the piston (8), the dosing chamber (9) is located within the lumen of the air inlet channel (6).
